Change of Mind Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, you may request an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible, items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items returned in a condition other than original or without original packaging may incur a handling fee, which will be deducted from the issued credit.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned goods are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. If an item is returned damaged due to insufficient packaging, we may not be able to process your return.

If you’re unsure how best to return your item, our Customer Service team is available to recommend suitable courier options. Please note we are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit. Damaged goods received due to poor return handling will not qualify for credit.

Returns will be inspected upon receipt. If approved, a credit note will be issued within 7 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Our pieces are crafted by hand by skilled artisans around the world, which means each item is unique. Minor variations in shape, colour, or finish are natural characteristics and not considered faults.

Important: Damaged Deliveries Must Be Reported Within 24 Hours

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by using the contact form below. You’ll need to include:

• A description of the damage
• Clear images of the damaged item
• Images of the packaging
• A photo of the shipping label

Only structural damages are considered eligible for replacement or credit. Natural imperfections are not.

If your item is faulty and you no longer have the original packaging, please contact us to discuss available options.

Once your order has been delivered, the responsibility for the item passes to you.
